Who Can Apply?

You are eligible to apply if you are:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to communicate in basic English
  • Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue education
  • Be able to demonstrate the capacity to make financial contributions during the contract period
  • Have no involvement in money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes
  • Demonstrate responsible, proactive, and trustworthy behavior

Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding, but ensures your application will be carefully reviewed based on available opportunities. Complete the application form, and we’ll review your details and update you accordingly.

Required Documents

Before you apply, kindly prepare the following to help ensure a smooth process:

  • Completed Application  & Budget Form

Please fill out both forms carefully with accurate and updated information.

  • Valid Government ID 

Any official ID that clearly shows your full name and identity, such as a national ID or passport.

  • Proof of Enrollment or Admission

An official document from your school confirming your enrollment or acceptance.

  • Reference Details

Kindly provide three references (Personal, Professional, and Academic) who can share insights about your character. Please make sure they are informed and willing to be contacted.

  • Curriculum Vitae

An updated CV may be requested during the due diligence stage in the application process.

  • Employment Proof

If you are a student who is actively involved in income generating activities, the team will request for employment-related documents.  

  • Other Documents 

Additional documents such as tuition invoices, scholarship letters, or financial support records may be requested during review.

Application Conditions

By applying, you agree to a few simple commitments that help keep the program fair for everyone:

  • Understand the PIF concept

Applicants are expected to have a basic understanding of how PIF works.

  • Submit early

To allow enough time for review and processing, please submit your application at least one month before your intended funding date.

  • Share accurate information

Please ensure all details provided are honest, complete, and up to date.

  • Stay in touch

Kindly remain responsive and maintain open communication with Waiser when contacted.

  • Keep us informed of changes

Let us know if anything changes that may affect your application or participation, such as:

  • Education or enrollment status
  • Funding sources or scholarships
  • Employment status
  • Financial capacity
  • Significant life events
  • Stay committed to your studies

You agree to remain enrolled and actively pursue the field of study stated in your PIF application form.

  • Commit to future contributions

Applicants must reflect accountability and commitment towards making future contributions.

Typical Disqualifications

We aim to support as many students as possible, but some applications may not move forward if the following apply:

  • Incomplete or invalid documents

Applications should include all required documents. Missing, unclear, or falsified files may lead to rejection.

  • Full scholarship coverage from another program

Students who already have full educational funding from another program may not qualify, unless partial support is allowed.

  • Incorrect or misleading information

All details provided should be accurate and honest. Any discrepancies may affect eligibility.

  • No response during verification

Applicants need to stay reachable. If we cannot contact you during review or verification, your application may be closed.
